Ziebart Construction is a family-owned design-and-build firm in Lake Oswego. We handle the design and coordinate every trade, so you never chase a subcontractor or wonder who is in charge.

Matt Ziebart is a third-generation builder; his grandfather and father were builders before him, and his kids are now learning the business. Jacqui Ziebart leads design. The designers and the builders on your project work for the same family company, which is why one consultant can be accountable for the whole job.

Yes. We are a design-build firm, which means the people designing your kitchen work for the same company as the people building it. Design consultations are free, and we can render your new kitchen in 3D or a 360° walkthrough before construction starts.
